Tres bon travail accompli avec Amanda en si peu de temps , permet de retrouver confiance en soi et énergie , les séances de sophrologie m’ont amené à beaucoup plus de sérénité . J’ai même eu l’occasion de faire une séance d’hypnose pour ancrer un peu plus un arrêt de tabac qui a été hyper bénéfique .
